To ask the Minister for Infrastructure, pursuant to AQW 52083/22-27, whether her Department is unable to provide a breakdown of backlog sites where (i) a Preliminary Certificate of Adoption has not been issued within one year of 80 per cent occupancy being achieved; and (ii) a Final Certificate of Adoption has not been issued within 18 months of the Preliminary Certificate being issued, as requested in the question.
