To ask the Minister for Infrastructure whether any section of water main on (i) East Link Road, Dundonald; and (ii) Old Dundonald Road, Dundonald, has experienced more than one (a) burst; and (b) failure, during the last five years, including the number of failures on each affected section and the reason why any replacement has not been undertaken.
