To ask the Minister of Health to detail (i) any recorded evidence, operational readiness assessments, risk assessments and assurances that informed the decision that the health and social care system was operationally ready to implement Phase one of Right Care, Right Person from 31 October 2026; (ii) who provided any assurances; and (iii) whether any evidence upon which that decision was based will be published.
