To ask the Minister of Health, pursuant to AQW 45206/22-27, (i) whether his Department accepts all of the recommendations made by the Hyponatraemia Inquiry in relation to Serious Adverse Incidents (SAI); and (ii) whether implementation of all of the SAI-related recommendations made by the Hyponatraemia Inquiry is detailed within the Terms of Reference of the SAI Redesign Programme.
