To ask the Minister for Infrastructure to detail any assessment her Department has made of the impact of the Belfast Harbour and Port of Cork Memorandum of Understanding on eligibility for (i) Great British Energy funding streams; and (ii) other UK Government clean-energy infrastructure programmes.
