To ask the Minister for Communities to detail any work his Department has undertaken with Personal Independence Payment recipients and CAPITA, to simplify the process for official appointees, recognised by the Social Security Agency, to confirm the identity of non-verbal children and adults at the beginning of telephone assessments.
