To ask the Minister of Health (i) whether any previously reported issues relating to confidence, validation, completeness and data quality of mental health information following the implementation of encompass have been fully resolved in all Health and Social Care Trusts; and (ii) whether any assessment has been made on whether mental health activity, waiting time and performance data extracted from encompass is suitable for operational, commissioning and strategic decision-making.
