To ask the Minister of Health to detail any procedures in place to trigger a multidisciplinary review where an infant has repeated healthcare contacts involving poor feeding, failure to thrive, developmental concerns and abnormal visual behaviour, particularly where parents or family members have repeatedly expressed concerns.
