To ask the Minister of Health to detail whether (i) the number, cost and functions of senior management and organisational structures across Health and Social Care NI, including Strategic Planning and Performance Group and arm's-length bodies will be reviewed; (ii) duplication or overlap will be identified; (iii) accountability will be clarified; and (iv) any assessment will be made of whether the current arrangements represent value for money.
