To ask the Minister for the Economy to detail the reason why, after delivering Level One and Level Two programmes for the past five years with good results and helping hundreds of students with barriers into further training or the workplace, her Department now deems 21 Training in Strabane to no longer be eligible to deliver a Level Two programme.
