To ask the Minister for Infrastructure, given the level of serious traffic accidents, the growth of housing adjoining Teal Rocks and the need for pedestrians to access the bus stop safely, to detail whether her Department will consider a new review of lowering the national speed limit on the Portaferry Road at the junction with Teal Rocks, Newtownards, under exceptional circumstances.
