To ask the Minister of Health to detail the projected (i) number of young people who are expected to transition from children's services into adult learning disability services; (ii) level of support they are expected to require, including day opportunities, statutory day care and high-support provision; (iii) number of suitable places are currently available; and (iv) additional capacity that will be needed to meet the demand, over the next five years, broken down by Health and Social Care Trust.
