To ask the Minister of Agriculture, Environment and Rural Affairs to detail (i) when his Department first became aware of issues around animal welfare at the farm in Fivemiletown that resulted in a cull of cattle; (ii) the circumstances of these issues coming to the notice of his Department; and (iii) whether there were any opportunities for earlier intervention.
