To ask the Minister for Communities to detail (i) any authority that was relied upon to introduce the restriction of parking within Castle Barracks, Enniskillen, on 25 August 2026; (ii) when this decision was taken and by whom; and (iii) any consideration that was given to the impact of the restriction on Blue Badge holders and other visitors, staff and volunteers with mobility difficulties.
