To ask the Minister of Health to detail how his Department plans to ensure sufficient workforce and physical capacity to deliver the additional elective activity funded by the £80 million investment, including (i) staffing requirements; (ii) use of existing facilities; and (iii) any planned expansion of elective care centres.
