To ask the Minister for Communities to detail any (i) individuals; and (ii) organisations, his Department engaged with in relation to reforming the liquor licensing laws, prior to the decision not to accept the majority of recommendations contained within the Report of the Independent Review of the Liquor Licensing system in Northern Ireland including the Surrender Principle.
