To ask the Minister of Agriculture, Environment and Rural Affairs, pursuant to AQW 10147/22-27, whether any assessment has been made of the uncertainty faced by farmers, arising from the absence of engagement with HM Treasury or HMRC, regarding the potential loss of eligibility for Agricultural Property Relief when land enters peatland restoration, including any steps he plans to take to provide clarity and reassurance.
