To ask the Minister of Agriculture, Environment and Rural Affairs to detail (i) the amount spent on agency staff by his Department and its arm's-length agencies, broken down by (a) business area; (b) directorate; and (c) agency; (ii) the number of agency staff employed within each area; and (iii) the principal functions undertaken by agency staff in each case, in each of the last five financial years.
