To ask the Minister of Justice whether her Department, as the sponsoring body, will carry out an urgent review of the Planning Appeals Committee, including its (i) status; (ii) statutory structure and associated governance; (iii) oversight; and (iv) accountability arrangements, as recommended in the Audit Office's report, A Strategic Review of the Planning Appeals Commission.
