Text
To ask the Minister of Education, in light of the reinstatement of special school summer schemes for 2026, to detail (i) whether he is aware that, in Rossmar School, provision is reportedly not being made available to certain cohorts of pupils, including those in early years settings; (ii) whether he is aware of any similar reports arising in other schools; (iii) on what basis such decisions are being taken; (iv) whether any assessment has been made of the equality implications of excluding particular groups of SEN pupils, including with reference to obligations under Section 75 of the Northern Ireland Act 1998; and (v) any steps he will take to ensure that access to summer scheme provision is applied consistently and equitably across all schools.
