To ask the Minister of Health, given that the Belfast Health and Social Care Trust have introduced restrictions on patient access to certain services based on their catchment area, whether (i) he approved this decision; (ii) he was consulted on this decision; and (iii) any public consultation, equality screening, or impact assessment was undertaken prior to the introduction of these measures.
