To ask the Minister for Communities whether he will provide (i) a copy of the periodic surveys carried out on registered housing associations, as outlined in his response to the Tackling Disrepair, Damp and Mould private members motion on 24 February 2026, when he said his Department, as the regulator, has undertaken periodic surveys to ensure that registered housing associations appropriately manage all cases of damp and mould in their stock and have policies and procedures in place to address damp and mould; and (ii) copies of any periodic surveys carried out on Housing Executive properties, in the past five years.
