Text
To ask the Minister of Justice for her assessment of the recommendation in the Office of the Police Ombudsman NI's consultation paper on its 2025 five year legislative review, that two provisions in the Westminster Public Office (Accountability) Bill, in relation to a duty of candour and in relation to misconduct in public office, should apply to Northern Ireland and that the Minister will table a paper at the Executive for the Bill to be amended, so that these provisions apply to Northern Ireland.
