To ask the Minister of Justice, pursuant to AQW 39657/22-27, to detail (i) the current arrangements in place; (ii) any issues posed to grieving families by the current arrangements, when it comes to fatal road traffic accidents; and (iii) whether she will write to her counterpart in the Irish Government on the issue.
