Text
To ask the Minister of Health for his assessment of whether (i) patients discharged from the Causeway Hospital are receiving equitable care compared with those in urban Health and Social Care Trusts (HSCT), given that (a) the Northern HSCT does not track domiciliary care by individual service user; (b) HSCT-funded care packages have remained static over the last five years; and (c) families are increasingly offered Direct Payments that may be impractical for rural households; (ii) this constitutes postcode-based disparity.
