Text
To ask the Minister for Infrastructure (i) whether she will engage with Translink Senior Management regarding the consultations Translink had with Ballyclare High School leadership and the PSNI Road Policing Unit, in respect of its new bus arrangements, that have led to 300 pupils, having to walk along narrow pavements and poorly lit roads; (ii) for her assessment of Translink's risk register on these new arrangements, with its enhanced challenges to pupils, especially in light of the forthcoming winter conditions, including non-gritted pavements; and (iii) to detail who is responsible within Translink, in the event of any child safeguarding incident, caused by its decision.
