To ask the Minister of Justice, in relation to the comfort dog housed within Magillgan Prison, to outline (i) what risk assessments have been completed in advance; (ii) are there any inmates who have unsupervised access to the dog; and (iii) is there a policy in place that ensures that no inmate with convictions for violence, sexual abuse or cruelty to animals has access to the dog.
