To ask the Minister of Finance Whether he will reconsider his Department's position on not providing rate relief to homeowners who need to meet Historic Environment Division requirements, given (i) research from the Department for Communities into the condition of our listed buildings that showed 36 per cent were in poor or very poor condition; and (ii) the high levels of expenses associated with repairs.
