To ask the Minister of Justice to detail (i) why the Easy Read guide to the consultation of her proposal to extend penalty notices describes the violent offences it relates to as being lower level violent crimes, when the proposal includes assault occasioning actual bodily harm; and (ii) for her assessment of whether crimes covered by assault occasioning actual bodily harm are lower level.
