To ask the Minister for Communities whether he will conduct a review of the planning and consultation undertaken in relation to the regeneration of the St Patrick's Barracks site, Ballymena, to learn any potential lessons, taking into account that the St Patrick's Link Road and Northern Regional College lack bus lay-bys or set down and pick up infrastructure.
