To ask the Minister of Agriculture, Environment and Rural Affairs to detail the (i) financial support; and (ii) administrative support provided by his Department to Mid and East Antrim Borough Council to meet the 70 per cent recycling target, in each year since the Climate Change Act (Northern Ireland) 2022 came into force.
