To ask the Minister of Education (i) to detail any steps his Department is taking to ensure that all target-aged children in Carrickfergus, who applied for a pre-school place, receive a suitable placement; (ii) , given that a number of children have not yet been allocated a place, when parents can expect to be advised on the next steps; and (iii) what specific challenges have contributed to this shortfall in provision.
