To ask the Minister of Agriculture, Environment and Rural Affairs, in relation to the £31 million reduction in non ring-fenced resources funding in the 2025-26 budget compared to 2024-25 budget, (i) to provide a detailed breakdown of the specific programmes affected by this budgetary change; and (ii) whether (a) a rural needs assessment; and (b) an equality impact assessment was conducted to evaluate the impact of this budgetary change.
