To ask the Minister of Health to detail (i) how the performance is being assessed of Health and Social Care Trusts where data has not been provided to NISRA statistical reports due to the roll-out of encompass; and (ii) why those Health and Social Care Trusts cannot produce this data in another format for the purposes of transparency.
