Text

To ask the Minister for Infrastructure, pursuant to comments by the Planning Appeals Commissioner on 15 January 2025 in relation to the Dalradian Public Inquiry in which she criticised the inaction of government departments, in particular the Department for Infrastructure to follow their own legislative procedures, and taking account of recent calls by the First Minister and deputy First Minister for NIE Networks to provide compensation to customers without electricity as a result of Storm Éowyn, whether grounds exist for participants of the public inquiry to recoup costs because of delays caused by Departments.
