To ask the Minister of Agriculture, Environment and Rural Affairs to detail (i) any assessment his Department has made of the recent outbreak of foot and mouth disease in Germany; and (ii) any measures being implemented to ensure the agriculture sector is protected from potential risks, particularly in terms of import controls, biosecurity, and contingency planning.
