Text

To ask the Minister of Health, pursuant to AQW 16683/22-27, and given the Water Safety and Usage Group had no role in the contractual handover of the building, why a senior official from his Department advised the Committee for Health on 26 September 2024, in response to queries over the expertise of those signing off the handover, that the Trust have their own Water Safety Group with microbiologists and, as part of that, there are a number of people involved in that process that would be qualified.
