To ask the Minister of Agriculture, Environment and Rural Affairs (i) , given the falling number of trout returning to spawn in rivers from Lough Neagh, whether he will issue a section 14 permit for the hatchery in Kells to collect broodstock dollaghan trout; and (ii) to detail the reasons for any proposed approach in relation to this matter.
