To ask the Minister of Agriculture, Environment and Rural Affairs to detail (i) who will be responsible for enforcing the new regulations that will come into force on 5 July 2024 in relation to XL Bully type dogs; and (ii) what additional resources have been provided to deliver the additional processes.
