To ask the Minister for Communities to detail (i) the amount of capital DEL funding given to his Department in each of the last ten years, including 2024-25; and (ii) the proportion of capital funding allocated to the Social Housing Development Programme in (a) cash terms; and (b) percentage terms of the total capital budget, in each of the last ten financial years.
