I have been consistent in saying that full openness and transparency are the default here, subject to, as you will understand, legal requirements under data protection legislation and the like. I want to ensure that the report is published. I have made it clear that I will share that with the Committee and lay it in the Assembly Library. Alongside that, I will publish a departmental response to any recommendations that may be made. I have been clear that, if there are lessons to be learnt, it is important that they are learnt and that we implement the recommendations arising from that.
