I do not have that information to hand. An enforcement notice was issued recently for one of the sites, and I will set that out to the Member in writing. The Member will probably be aware that, because of ongoing regulatory action, I am limited in what I can say. However, I want to reassure him and other Members that I take environmental compliance seriously. The Department has initiated a review of its approach to enforcement. I have asked for the approach to change and for the balance to switch from working to bring the operator into compliance to enforcement action, and for that review to come to me by the end of the month.
