Thank you, Minister, for that. I agree that the costs will continue to increase over coming months. Notwithstanding the current discussions between the Executive and the Northern Ireland Office about the Budget, are you hopeful that an exemption or an exception might be made and that the Northern Ireland Office will meet those costs?
