Minister, you have been clear that it is the responsibility of the Home Office to manage the removal of foreign national prisoners where appropriate. Will you please outline what procedures are in place with the Home Office for the deportation of foreign nationals who have been given custodial sentences in Northern Ireland and do not apply for early removal?
