Does the First Minister now accept that the draft Budget produced by her party colleague in January was wholly inadequate, failed to address the scale of the pressures facing our public services and would have left Northern Ireland facing impossible choices? Does she acknowledge that it was the determination of DUP Ministers to challenge that approach that helped to secure the additional money that we have now on the table?
