We have heard it be confirmed in court this morning that the "feelings" of the Provisional IRA were a factor in the Chief Constable's request to ban the Drumcree parade. How can the Assembly be said to function as a democratic body when one of its parties, namely Sinn Féin, has at its beck and call an illegal —
