Text
Mrs Erskine asked the Minister of Justice when she became aware that Patrick McDonagh, who was on remand awaiting trial for blackmail and offences related to money laundering, absconded on 12 March while on compassionate leave from HMP Maghaberry and remains unlawfully at large and to explain why Members are only hearing about it seven months later, particularly as this is the latest such case to come to light within a month.
