Mr Clarke asked the Minister of Justice, after acknowledging that she has already touched on the cost of Drumcree and further acknowledging that what we have seen outside the High Court is not directly her responsibility, whether she has carried out any assessment of the abuse that individuals have received outside the courts and, more importantly, of the death threats that are believed to have been issued to people from the legal profession who are carrying out their daily work
