To ask the Minister of Health why his Department has not set measurable targets in (i) the Autism Strategy 2023-2028; and (ii) the Delivery Plan 2023-25, against which its effectiveness may be assessed in compliance with clause 3A(5) of the Autism (Amendment) Act (NI) 2022.
