Text
Yes. I have said repeatedly that you cannot put a price on a life. Last Tuesday evening, after the judgement, I had the privilege of joining some of the families at Tyrone GAA’s clubhouse. I met and listened to them, and the relief that they felt brought home to me the importance of the scheme. I pay tribute to the families, the Enough is Enough campaigners and Tyrone GAA for the tremendous effort that they put in for many years to ensure that we got to this point. I hope that this is the end of it for them and that we can move ahead undeterred and get the road built. It is an absolute priority, and it will save lives. Their key objective is to ensure that no other family goes through what they have endured.
